For the past three years, I have managed homepage content design for Laithwaites Wine, working closely with the print and trading teams to bring the marketing plan to life across digital and print. I ensure a seamless customer experience by aligning creative output across web, email, and print channels, while forward-planning homepage creative using both retail insight and design expertise.

I lead bi-weekly meetings to review commercial performance, using campaign results to strengthen future creative strategies. Alongside this, I proactively plan and present upcoming content to the trading team, ensuring that all homepage creative supports both brand storytelling and commercial objectives. My goal is always to create a seamless, engaging user journey that brings the Laithwaites brand to life online.

Channel Planning
Laithwaites Wine

I design and deliver homepage content for Laithwaites Wine, developing concepts directly from the marketing trading plan. Using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, I create and mock up designs which I present in trading meetings for approval. I collaborate with CRM, print, and acquisition teams to ensure content is aligned across all channels, producing a consistent and engaging customer journey. Once signed off, I build content in the Contentful CMS, carrying out in-depth reviews before publishing to ensure accuracy and quality. I enjoy forward planning and working ahead of schedule, while also remaining proactive in finding opportunities to improve content and enhance the overall customer experience.
