For the past three years, I have managed homepage content design for Laithwaites Wine, working closely with the print and trading teams to bring the marketing plan to life across digital and print. I ensure a seamless customer experience by aligning creative output across web, email, and print channels, while forward-planning homepage creative using both retail insight and design expertise.
I lead bi-weekly meetings to review commercial performance, using campaign results to strengthen future creative strategies. Alongside this, I proactively plan and present upcoming content to the trading team, ensuring that all homepage creative supports both brand storytelling and commercial objectives. My goal is always to create a seamless, engaging user journey that brings the Laithwaites brand to life online.
